Cloud

Cloud is an optional plan for people who use Perfica on more than one machine.

  • Sync. Your loopspaces follow you across devices.
  • An encrypted key vault. Keep provider keys in the vault instead of on each machine, and move a key between a device and the vault from the APIs page.

Price

US$36 a year, billed yearly.

Founding price: the first 100 people to subscribe keep US$36 a year for as long as they stay subscribed.

How the vault keeps keys

  • Keys are sealed with AES-256-GCM on the server.
  • The app’s pages never receive a key. The page gets a single-use, two-minute ticket tied to your device, and only the app’s local process can exchange it, by signing with that device’s own key.
  • Signing out on a device, or removing it from your account, revokes what it was allowed to fetch.

Without Cloud

With no account, Perfica keeps everything on the machine you are using: boards in your project folders, keys encrypted on the device. Nothing asks you to sign in.
